THE INTERNATIONAL JERUSALEM WINNER MARATHON

The International Jerusalem Winner Marathon includes several races: marathon (42.2 km), half marathon (21.1 km), 10 km, 5 km and 800 m.

The International Jerusalem Winner Marathon is one of the largest marathons in Israel, annually attended by more than 2,500 runners.

The routes of the race run through the historical sights of the three thousand years of history of Jerusalem, the capital of Israel.

The International Jerusalem Winner Marathon combines physical activity and ability to enjoy the incredible scenery, feel the fresh mountain air, experience the unique culture: Israeli Knesset, Mahane Yehuda Market, Mount Scopus, the Old City, the Tower of David, Armon HaNatsiv Promenade.

LATTECOM RIGA MARATHON

If you have never been to Riga then running a marathon, half-marathon, 10km or 6km distance could be a good reason to visit one of the most beautiful cities on the Baltic Sea coast. Marathon running has a long history in the City of Riga and after 25 years it has grown to welcome 26 000 runners from 69 countries offering running festivities all weekend long. For five consecutive years the Lattelecom Riga Marathon has received the prestigious IAAF Bronze Label confirming the high quality and excellent organizational level of the race.

WIZZ AIR SKOPJE MARATHON

Running all over Skopje, the capital city of Macedonia you can see that entire beautiful city, the mix of architecture and history. The runners start their race in front of the Macedonian Parliament building. Every run kilometer of the race, passing through each part of the city and each neighborhood is a testimony of Skopje’s creation and growth. It all ends with a symbolic and victorious entry through the triumphal arch “Gate Macedonia”.

ALMATY MARATHON

It’s the fifth anniversary of “Almaty Marathon”! Are you with us? Let’s run together!

The most anticipated sporting event of central Asia – the fifth “Almaty Marathon” – will take place on April 24, 2016. This year the marathon will celebrate its fifth anniversary. We invite everyone to take part in the marathon and visit the city of Almaty. The picturesque green landscapes and magnificent panorama of the mountains make Almaty different from all the other cities.

The outskirts of the capital city include unique places of world significance – the highest skating rink in the world “Medeu”, a “Shymbulak” ski resort. The international mountain climbing camp “Khan Tengri” is a very popular location, it is here that the climb to the highest mountain landmark of Kazakhstan – the peak of Khan Tengri (6995m) – begins.

“Almaty Marathon” is a charity marathon, which takes place with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle and sporting values of the citizens of the city. The funds raised during the marathon will be used to support charitable projects of national importance. “Almaty Marathon” is a member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) since 2013.

THE 8TH HRI VITALION TUSNAD MARATHON

Run in the beautiful Transylvania!
Discover the hidden pearl of Central Europe. Run through pine forests and between mountains in the astonishing beautiful Transylvania on 4 June 2016. The 8th HRI Vitalion Tusnad Marathon is a 23 km road race including also 900 m level difference. Longer than a half marathon and shorter than a marathon but with the 900 m level difference the difficulty level of the race is similar to an average marathon. You will start your run in the smallest town of the European Union: Tusnad, and finish it on the shore of only volcanic lake of Europe: the lake Saint Ann. You can run individually or in relay. Organisers expect around 800 runners this year, so if you like smaller, friendlier races you should check out the details. Accommodation, thermal bath, extra programs, and direct transfer from Bucharest Airport are available for international runners.

Tartu City Marathon

Thrilling final of the running season – Tartu City Marathon

On the first Satuday of October all the running friends are invited to South-Estonia, to participate in the Tartu City Marathon. The marathon track running on the streets of the historical university town has been considered as the most exciting one in Estonia.

On the 1st of October the following distances are opened for running: marathon (42 km), half-marathon (21 km) as well as 10 km.  On the 10 km distances also the Nordic Walkers are warmly welcome.

Welcome you to Tartu with the whole family! On the same day the free children events are held.
